How is a designer allocated to my project?
We strive to ensure a match made in heaven. We first consider your type of home, your lifestyle, your needs and any other preferences or requirements. We then look through all our designers to find one that ticks all the boxes perfectly.
What are the payment stages for my home interiors?
It's as easy as 1,2,3 and 4!
1. Pay 10% of the quote to book Livspace.
2. After designs have been confirmed, pay another 40% of the total project value to commence manufacturing and preliminary works at site.
3. Once all manufacturing is done, pay another 45% before final installations.
4. And pay 5% after the handover of your new home.
When is the right time to get my home renovated?
No time like now! With measures to follow all safety protocols in place, we can’t be more ready, prepared and excited to bring your dream home to life.
Do you provide civil work services as well?
Absolutely! Demolition, masonry, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting services – we’ve got it all covered.
Do you charge a design fee?
We charge just 12% of the overall project value to compensate for the design and project management services.
Can I just get a single room designed?
Baby steps? We understand. You can be assured of 100% quality and effort even if it's for an individual room.
